By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Customer Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24-Hour Notice<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers may cancel their booking <strong>at least 24 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled booking time to receive a <strong>full refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations must be made via the modification link provided in the booking confirmation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your booking qualifies for a refund,\u00a0please allow 24-48 hours for processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Less Than 24-Hour Notice<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellations made <strong>less than 24 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled booking time are <strong>not eligible for a refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Booking Modifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers may modify their booking details (subject to availability) <strong>at least 24 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled booking time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To modify a booking, customers must cancel the existing booking and create a new booking using the modification link in the confirmation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modifications made less than 24 hours before the booking time are not permitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. No-Show Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled booking <strong>without prior cancellation<\/strong> will be considered a <strong>no-show<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No-shows will be charged the <strong>full booking amount<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No refunds or credits<\/strong> will be issued for no-shows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Company-Initiated Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event that <strong>PLAYPLEX GAME INC.<\/strong> must cancel a booking due to operational issues, equipment failure, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers will be offered the option of a <strong>full refund<\/strong> or <strong>rescheduling<\/strong> to a later date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, including travel expenses, lost wages, or other related costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund Method and Processing Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All approved refunds will be processed using the <strong>original payment method<\/strong> used at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please allow <strong>up to 7 business days<\/strong> for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
