Arrival Time and Late Arrivals<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers are required to arrive <strong>on time<\/strong> for their scheduled booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late arrival may result in <strong>reduced play time or forfeiture of the booking<\/strong>, with <strong>no refund or extension<\/strong>, as sessions operate on fixed schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Rules of Conduct and Safety<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>All participants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow all posted rules and staff instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wear appropriate clothing and footwear as required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to <strong>refuse entry or remove any participant<\/strong> who is acting unsafely, disruptively, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, <strong>without refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Waiver Requirement<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in activities at PLAYPLEX GAME INC. requires acceptance of a <strong>separate Activity Participation Agreement, Waiver, Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No participant will be permitted to participate without a valid, completed waiver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>These Terms do not replace or modify the Waiver.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
