Instant Purchase and Delivery<\/strong>
E-Gift Cards are available for immediate purchase and are delivered electronically to the recipient\u2019s email address after the purchase is successfully completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available Values<\/strong>
E-Gift Cards may be purchased in various denominations as offered at the time of purchase in store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Fees or Expiration<\/strong>
E-Gift Cards have no service fees and do not expire, in accordance with applicable Ontario law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Redemption and Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

E-Gift Cards are redeemable only at participating PLAYPLEX GAME INC. locations in Ontario, Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E-Gift Cards may be redeemed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • In person at the facility when checking in for a booking, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Online during the booking process, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    If redeemed in person, the E-Gift Card must be presented at check-in.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Partial Redemption<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If the value of the E-Gift Card exceeds the total transaction amount, the remaining balance will stay on the card and may be used for future purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the purchase amount exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Usage Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Only one E-Gift Card may be used per online transaction, unless otherwise specified. E-Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Non-Refundable<\/strong>
    E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use<\/strong>
    PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of E-Gift Cards. Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Balance Inquiry<\/strong>
    E-Gift Card balances may be checked by contacting our customer service team or by referring to the balance information included in the original purchase email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Non-Reloadable<\/strong>
    E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up after purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fraud Prevention<\/strong>
    PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an E-Gift Card if fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Technical Errors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect email addresses provided during purchase or technical issues beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Changes to Terms<\/strong>
    PLAYPLEX GAME INC. may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
