Booking and Deposit<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 All Party Room bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Party Room bookings are offered exclusively as part of a Party Package and are not available for separate rental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If PLAYPLEX GAME INC. cancels the booking due to operational or safety reasons, the deposit will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Party Package Structure & Event Flow<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The selected booking time represents the GAME START TIME<\/strong>, which includes 75 minutes of gameplay.
Each Party Package includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Party Room Duration:\u00a0<\/strong>The total party experience lasts 2 hours.
\u2022 Reservation Fee:<\/strong>\u00a0A payment of $699.99 + tax includes 10 game tickets and party room use.
\u2022 Additional Guests:\u00a0<\/strong>If your group has more than 10 guests, additional tickets are $29.99 + tax per person, payable in-store upon arrival.
\u2022 Food & Drinks:\u00a0<\/strong>Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.
\u2022 Additional Time:\u00a0<\/strong>Extra party room time may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment and Ticket<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0Upon successful booking, the\u00a0Party Room Package reservation fee of $699.99 + tax\u00a0will be charged at the time of booking. This package includes\u00a010 game tickets and use of the party room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If your group has more than 10 guests, additional game tickets may be purchased in-store upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Additional guest tickets are $29.99 + tax per person unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 All participants must have a valid game ticket to participate in gameplay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Game ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final Payment<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Any remaining balances, upgrades, or additional charges must be paid prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Policy<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Cancellations made more than 3 days<\/strong> before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit.
\u2022 Cancellations made within 3 days<\/strong> of the scheduled event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total booking cost<\/strong>, representing a reasonable estimate of costs and lost booking opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late Arrival and Event Timing<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Party events begin and end strictly at the scheduled times.
\u2022 Late arrival does not<\/strong> result in an extension of game time, Party Room time, or a reduction in fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overtime Charges<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Events that exceed the booked Party Room time may be subject to additional charges, calculated in increments determined by PLAYPLEX GAME INC., subject to availability.
\u2022 Late departure from the Party Room may also reduce setup time for subsequent bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waiver Requirement<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

All participants must complete a valid Activity Participation Agreement and Waiver prior to participating.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For guests under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver in advance.\u00a0You will receive a waiver link after booking. Please share this link with the parents of all participating children so the waivers can be completed before arrival.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests without a completed waiver may not be allowed to participate in gameplay.\u00a0We kindly ask that you review our full Waiver and Party Room Policy on our website prior to your visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conduct and Supervision<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The party organizer is responsible for the conduct and supervision of all guests, including minors.
\u2022 PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to remove any guest exhibiting unsafe or inappropriate behavior, without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damage to Property<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The party organizer is financially responsible for any damage to PLAYPLEX GAME INC. property caused by the organizer or any guests attending the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cleaning Fee<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the Party Room is left in an excessively messy or unsanitary condition beyond normal use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal Belongings<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Policy Changes<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 This Party Room Policy may be updated from time to time.
\u2022 Changes will apply only to future bookings and will not affect confirmed reservations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Force Majeure<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 PLAYPLEX GAME INC. shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, equipment failure, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
