CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with PLAYPLEX GAME INC. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Customer Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice

Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations must be made via the modification link provided in the booking confirmation email.
  • Once the cancellation is successfully submitted, a refund confirmation email will be sent.
Less Than 24-Hour Notice

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund.

2. Booking Modifications

Customers may modify their booking details (subject to availability) at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

  • To modify a booking, customers must cancel the existing booking and create a new booking using the modification link in the confirmation email.
  • Modifications made less than 24 hours before the booking time are not permitted.

3. No-Show Policy

Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled booking without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the event that PLAYPLEX GAME INC. must cancel a booking due to operational issues, equipment failure, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Customers will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling to a later date.
  • PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, including travel expenses, lost wages, or other related costs.

5. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Any refund, credit, or rescheduling under exceptional circumstances is not guaranteed and will be considered at the sole discretion of PLAYPLEX GAME INC..

7. Policy Changes

PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.

  • Any changes will apply only to bookings made after the updated policy is posted.
  • Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed prior to the effective date of the update.
