📋 Party Room Policy

Booking & Payment

All party room bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event. Your time slot will not be held without completed payment.

Additional guests and add-ons can be paid in-store on the event day.

All prices are subject to HST.

Additional Guests

Classic and Premium packages include a set number of guests. Additional guests are $29.99 + HST per person.

VIP Private Event package include a set number of guests. Additional guests are $49.99 + HST per person.

Tickets & Participants:
All participants must have a valid ticket to play. Each ticket is valid for one participant only and may not be shared between multiple participants. Unused tickets are non-refundable but may be used for a future visit.

Arrival & Timing

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Your booking time is your game start time.

Late arrivals will not extend gameplay or party room time.

Waiver Requirement

All participants must complete a waiver before playing.

Guests under 18 require a parent or guardian signature.

Age Policy

  • Minimum age: 6 years old
  • Under 6: not allowed to participate (may stay in common area)
  • Ages 6–8: adult must stay and supervise
  • Ages 9–13: adult must remain on-site
  • Ages 14–17: waiver required, no adult needed

Food & Drinks for Classis and Premium Party Room Packages

Outside food and cake are allowed in the party room only.

No food or drinks allowed in game areas and common area.

No alcohol permitted.

Decorations

Decorations are included based on package.

No confetti, piñatas, or wall damage allowed.

Supervision & Conduct

The party organizer is responsible for all guests.

Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Overtime

Events must end on time.

Additional time is subject to availability and extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

Classic & Premium

  • More than 72 hours: full refund
  • Within 72 hours: 30% cancellation fee
  • Within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable

VIP Private Event

  • More than 7 days: full refund
  • 3–7 days: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 72 hours: non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. Banks may take an additional 5–7 business days.

Liability

Playplex Game is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused.

Force Majeure

Playplex is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, internet failure, severe weather).

How do I book a party?

You can book our Classic and Premium Package directly online through our booking system.

For VIP Private Event, please contact us by email at info@playplexgame.com with your preferred date, time, and number of guests. Our team will assist you with availability and booking details.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Can parents join the game?

Yes, tickets are required for anyone participating.

What is the party room camapacity and rule?

The party room is designed to comfortably accommodate approximately 20–22 guests, including both children and adults. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, all party attendees, food, drinks, cake, and celebration activities must remain inside the reserved party room during the party room portion of the event.

Can we bring a cake?

Yes, cake and food are allowed in the party room.

What happens if we arrive late?

Late arrival will not extend your booking time.
