Gift Card & Free Ticket Redemption Policy

• Gift Cards and Free Play Tickets must be presented at check-in to redeem your booking.
• Please select “Gift Card & Free Ticket” as your ticket type when booking online only if you have a valid PlayPlex Game Gift Card or Free Play Ticket.
• Gift Cards and Free Play Tickets are redeemed and processed in-store at the front desk.
• For Gift Cards, guests must present a valid PlayPlex Game Gift Card at check-in.
• For Free Play Tickets, guests must present the physical Free Play Ticket or the original redemption email sent from info@playplexgame.com at check-in.
• If a valid Gift Card, Free Play Ticket, or redemption email is not presented at check-in, the booking cannot be redeemed and standard admission rates will apply.
• Gift Cards and Free Play Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift Cards and Free Play Tickets cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers, or special pricing.
• Free Play Tickets are valid only for the number of participants specified on the ticket or email.
• PlayPlex Game reserves the right to refuse redemption of altered, duplicated, expired, unauthorized, or invalid Gift Cards or Free Play Tickets.
