E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Instant Purchase and Delivery
    E-Gift Cards are available for immediate purchase and are delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address.
  2. Available Values
    E-Gift Cards may be purchased in various denominations as offered at the time of purchase.
  3. No Fees or Expiration
    E-Gift Cards have no fees and do not expire, in accordance with applicable Ontario law.
  4. Redemption and Use
  • E-Gift Cards are redeemable only at participating PLAYPLEX GAME INC. locations in Ontario, Canada.
  • E-Gift Cards may be redeemed online only when making a booking.
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be applied toward deposits, private events, or group bookings unless expressly stated.
  1. Usage Restrictions
  • Only one E-Gift Card may be used per transaction.
  • E-Gift Cards may be combined with promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
  1. Non-Refundable
    E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  2. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
    PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of E-Gift Cards. Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash.
  3. Balance Inquiry
    E-Gift Card balances may be checked by contacting our customer service or through email confirmation.
  4. Non-Reloadable
    E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up after purchase.
  5. Fraud Prevention
    PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to suspend or cancel an E-Gift Card if fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.
  6. Changes to Terms
    PLAYPLEX GAME INC. may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
    Any changes will apply only to E-Gift Cards purchased after the effective date of the updated terms.
