Booking

All party room bookings must be made in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your room, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will incur a fee equivalent to 30% of the total booking cost.

Party Room Using Duration

Additional charges may apply for events that exceed the booked time.

Liability

Playplex Game Inc. is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the event.

Damage to Property

The party room booker will be held responsible for any damage to Running Grid property caused by guests during the event.

Cleaning Fee

An additional cleaning fee may apply if the venue is left in an excessively messy condition.

Conduct

Playplex Game Inc. reserves the right to remove any guests who exhibit inappropriate behavior during the event.

By booking a party room with Playplex Game Inc, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these functions and parties’ policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
