Booking and Deposit
All party room bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
If PLAYPLEX GAME INC. cancels the booking for operational or safety reasons, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid excluding the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total booking cost, representing a reasonable estimate of costs and lost booking opportunity.

Late Arrival and Event Timing

• Party events begin and end at the scheduled times.
• Late arrival does not result in an extension of event time or a reduction in fees.

Policy Changes
This Party Room Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will apply only to future bookings and will not affect confirmed bookings.

Overtime Charges
Events that exceed the booked time may be subject to additional charges, calculated in increments determined by PLAYPLEX GAME INC., subject to availability.

Waiver Requirement
All participants attending a party event must have a completed and valid Activity Participation Agreement and Waiver on file prior to participation.
A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any minor participant.

Conduct and Supervision
The party organizer is responsible for the conduct and supervision of all guests, including minors.
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to remove any guest exhibiting unsafe or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

Damage to Property
The party organizer is financially responsible for any damage to PLAYPLEX GAME INC. property caused by the organizer or any guests attending the event.

Cleaning Fee
An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the party room is left in an excessively messy or unsanitary condition beyond normal use.

Personal Belongings
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Force Majeure
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, equipment failure, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our obligations are limited in accordance with applicable refund policies.
