1. Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: Customers wishing to cancel their booking must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time to be eligible for a full refund. Customers will need to cancel via the modification link in the confirmation email. When the cancellation is confirmed, customers will receive a refund confirmation email.

Less than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund.

Modifications: Customers can alter their booking details (subject to availability) at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. Please cancel your plan and then make a new booking to adjust your booking via the modification link in the confirmation email.

2. No-Show Policy

Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled booking without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

3. Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed by the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
