Instant Purchase and Delivery
E-Gift Cards are available for immediate purchase and are delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address after the purchase is successfully completed.

Available Values
E-Gift Cards may be purchased in various denominations as offered at the time of purchase in store.

No Fees or Expiration
E-Gift Cards have no service fees and do not expire, in accordance with applicable Ontario law.

Redemption and Use

E-Gift Cards are redeemable only at participating PLAYPLEX GAME INC. locations in Ontario, Canada.

E-Gift Cards may be redeemed:

• In person at the facility when checking in for a booking, or
• Online during the booking process, where applicable.

If redeemed in person, the E-Gift Card must be presented at check-in.

Partial Redemption

If the value of the E-Gift Card exceeds the total transaction amount, the remaining balance will stay on the card and may be used for future purchases.

If the purchase amount exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Usage Restrictions

Only one E-Gift Card may be used per online transaction, unless otherwise specified. E-Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Non-Refundable
E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of E-Gift Cards. Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash.

Balance Inquiry
E-Gift Card balances may be checked by contacting our customer service team or by referring to the balance information included in the original purchase email.

Non-Reloadable
E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up after purchase.

Fraud Prevention
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an E-Gift Card if fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.

Technical Errors

PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect email addresses provided during purchase or technical issues beyond our control.

Changes to Terms
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will apply only to E-Gift Cards purchased after the effective date of the updated terms.
