2. Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking online in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, and availability cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.

3. How many players can I bring?

We recommend groups of 2–4 players for the best experience. Larger groups may be split into multiple groups based on availability and game capacity.

4. What is the age requirement to play?

The minimum age to participate at Playplex Game is 6 years old. Our games are designed for active play and teamwork and may be more suitable for children ages 6 and up.

Children 6–13 years old:
A parent or responsible adult must be present at the facility throughout the entire gaming session for children between the ages of 6 and 13.

Participants 14–17 years old:
Teenagers may come and play without an adult present, but a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver in advance before they arrive.

5. Can I play if I have a pre-existing medical condition?

Playplex Game is an active gaming experience that may involve physical movements such as running, jumping, reaching, and quick reactions during gameplay. Our game rooms also feature immersive elements such as dynamic lighting, sound effects, and visual projections designed to enhance the experience.

Some games may require players to move quickly, maintain balance, or respond to visual cues. Guests who may be sensitive to flashing lights, loud sounds, or physical activity should consider this before participating.

6. What should I wear?

PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is an active and competitive experience. Participants are required to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and clean, closed-toe running shoes. Sandals, open-toed shoes, and heels are not permitted.

7. Can I Bring My Own Outside Food And Beverage?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the facility. Water is allowed but must be kept in lockers and is not permitted inside the gaming rooms.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation and refund terms vary by booking type.

• General bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
