1. What is Playplex Game?

Designed for all ages and fitness levels, our facility delivers a high-energy experience that blends sports, arcade-style gaming, and immersive technology, creating an entirely new category of entertainment.

2. Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend buying tickets online to select your best visit time. We welcome walk-ins, but the availability cannot be guaranteed. 

3. How many players can I bring?

We recommend 2 – 6 players as a group. If more players come, they will be separated to different groups.

4. What is the age requirement to play?

To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at our facility, children under 14 years old must be accompanied by adults. 

5. What should I wear?

Playplex Game is an active and competitive experience. We suggest wearing clothes that make you feel comfortable running and jumping. Clean running shoes are required.

6. Can I Bring My Own Outside Food And Beverage?

Yes, you can bring your water, but we ask that you keep it in your lockers as it is not allowed in the gaming rooms. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in our facilities.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your tickets booking more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Please note that if you fail to show up at your scheduled time, we can’t offer a refund. See details here .
