2. Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking online in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, and availability cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.

3. How many players can I bring?

We recommend groups of 2–4 players for the best experience. Larger groups may be split into multiple groups based on availability and game capacity.

4. What is the age requirement to play?

Participants under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

All participants are required to have a completed Waiver prior to participation. PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to refuse participation if these requirements are not met.

5. What should I wear?

PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is an active and competitive experience. Participants are required to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and clean, closed-toe running shoes. Sandals, open-toed shoes, and heels are not permitted.

6. Can I Bring My Own Outside Food And Beverage?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the facility.

Water is allowed but must be kept in lockers and is not permitted inside the gaming rooms.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation and refund terms vary by booking type.

• General bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
• Party room bookings: Cancellation terms differ and are outlined in our Party Room Policy.
