1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by PLAYPLEX GAME INC.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Arrival Time and Late Arrivals

Customers are required to arrive on time for their scheduled booking.
Late arrival may result in reduced play time or forfeiture of the booking, with no refund or extension, as sessions operate on fixed schedules.

4. Rules of Conduct and Safety

All participants must:

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear as required
Conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner

PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who is acting unsafely, disruptively, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund.

5. Waiver Requirement

Participation in activities at PLAYPLEX GAME INC. requires acceptance of a separate Activity Participation Agreement, Waiver, Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk.

No participant will be permitted to participate without a valid, completed waiver.
For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.

These Terms do not replace or modify the Waiver.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are governed exclusively by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All games, concepts, designs, software, visuals, projections, logos, trademarks, and other content used in our facilities or on our website are the exclusive intellectual property of PLAYPLEX GAME INC. or its licensors.

No copying, recording, reproduction, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

8. Force Majeure

PLAYPLEX GAME INC. shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Power outages
Equipment failure
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Network or system failures

In such cases, our obligations are limited to those set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability (Non-Injury)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAYPLEX GAME INC. shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of enjoyment, income, or opportunity
Loss or damage to personal belongings

Personal injury and related risks are governed exclusively by the Waiver.

We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or continuously available.
